When you contact Wonder Notes, we use the information you provide to answer your questions, discuss a program, and arrange enrollment or a lesson schedule.

What the inquiry form collects

The form asks for your name, email, program of interest, and optional phone number and message. For piano, it also asks for the student’s name, age, experience, desired lesson length, preferred dates and times, and a parent or guardian’s name for students under 17. Please have an adult submit inquiries for children.

How the form works

Submissions are processed and stored by Formspree in the studio’s account, with email notifications sent to [email protected]. This lets the studio review an inquiry even when an email notification is delayed. Formspree’s processing, retention, and privacy terms apply when you submit. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails, enroll a student, reserve an appointment, or authorize a payment. We use your inquiry to follow up on the interest you express. Website inquiries do not collect payment card information.

Payments & other websites

The piano calendar requests available dates and times from Square. It sends a date and lesson length to the studio’s server; student names, ages, and contact details are not sent to Square by the availability picker.

Payments are arranged separately through Square or directly with the studio. Kindermusik registration and tuition are managed by Little Light Studio. Those services have their own privacy policies.
